July 16, sightseeing in Sognefjord.

7月１６日、ソグネフィヨルド観光。

European toilets are charged. The toilet here was like a credit card payment.

ヨーロッパのトイレは有料です。ここはクレジットカード払いのようだった。本当に日本は何でも安くて便利だ。

I changed to the Flam Railway at Myrdal. It was full.

途中ミュールダールでフラム鉄道に乗り換え。満席だった。

A large cruiser stopping at the port. Very crowded.

大型のクルーザーが寄港しているため大混雑。

Today’s main event is Stegastein View Point. Eat lunch, go to the toilet and wait at the bus stop. The bus was reserved a month ago.

今日のメインイベント、ステーガスタインに向け、昼食を素早く食べて、トイレに行き（駐車場に無料トイレあり）、バス停でじっと待っていた。バスは１ヶ月前に時間指定で予約済み。

However, the bus did not come even after 14:00 when I made a reservation. I questioned the staff. The staff replied that the bus was probably delayed due to traffic congestion. I have a 16:00 ferry reservation. If you go to the ticket counter as instructed by the staff, you will receive an explanation that you will be refunded after one week. 14:20. No apology. shock. When I went to the bus stop around 14:30, two buses came back. There are many troubles on the bus.

ところが予定の１４時が過ぎてもバスが来ない。バス停のスタッフに聞くと、バスが交通渋滞か何かで遅れているとのこと。１６時のフェリーの予約があるので間に合わないかもしれない時間。スタッフの指示で、チケットカウンターに行くと、１週間後に払い戻すと説明を受ける。１４時２０分。謝罪なし。ショック。１４時３０分頃バス停に行くとバスが２台戻って来た。バスはトラブルが多い。今回フラムに昼過ぎ到着するので、昼食時間を計算して１４時のバスを予約した。今後もそうすると思うが、重要なイベントの場合は、１便くらい欠便になってもうまくいくように計画したい。

I boarded the ferry at 16:00. The view was great. But I was sad because I couldn’t go to Stegastein.

１６時のフェリーに乗船。景色は素晴らしかったが、ステーガスタインに行けなかったショックで上の空。

I changed to a bus at Gudvangen. The view from the bus was also beautiful.

グドヴァンケンで、バスに乗り換え。バスからの景色も美しかった。

I transferred to the train at Voss. There was a ropeway at this station.

ヴォスで電車に乗り換え。この駅にはロープウェイがあった。

There are many highlights here.

やはり、ここは見所が多い。他の観光客の話によると、オスロからの電車の景色が良いらしい。

From Helsinki to Bergen

On July 15, moved from Helsinki to Bergen. I ate a buffet in the airport lounge. I was asked some questions at the entrance of the restaurant, but I didn’t understand so I answered that I wanted to eat a buffet. However, when I think later, I feel like I’m saying “Choose one from the menu”. There was a burger of about 27 euros on the menu. Maybe I missed it.

７月１５日、ヘルシンキからベルゲンに移動。空港のラウンジでビュッフェを食べた。レストランの入口で何か質問されたが、よくわからなかったのでビュッフェが食べたいと答えた。でも、後から考えたら｢メニューから１品選ぶ｣と言っていた気がする。メニューには２７ユーロくらいのハンバーガーがあった。食べ損ねたかも。

Finnair is used for the second time. When boarding, there was an explanation in Japanese that the seats were full. The seat was changed to business class, and drinks and meals were served. Salmon was delicious. lucky.

フィンエアーは２回目の利用。搭乗時に席が満席と日本語で説明された。席がビジネスクラスに変更になり、ドリンクと食事がでた。サーモンが美味しかった。ラッキー。

Bergen was a bigger town than expected and had a lot to offer. I wanted to stay one more night.

ベルゲンは思ってたよりも大きな町で見所が豊富だった。もう一泊してもよかったかも。

iittala, ARABIA, marimekko

After jogging lightly in the morning, I went to the coin laundry. There was a coin laundry and a game console at the entrance of the supermarket. I did some shopping while washing.

朝、軽くジョギングしてから、コインランドリーに行きました。スーパーマーケットの入り口にコインランドリーとゲーム機があったので，洗濯中に買い物をしていました。

The FAZER buffet was 25.9 euros. I ordered a special 16 euro at yesterday’s seafood restaurant.

FAZERのブランチが25.9ユーロもしたので止めて、昨日のシーフードの店でスペシャル16ユーロを注文しました。あんまりスペシャルじゃなかったので、サーモン12ユーロにしとけばよかった。夫婦と娘の３人と相席でした。

Shopping in iittala, Arabia, Marimekko.

イッタラ、アラビア、マリメッコで買い物。

Dinner was HESBURGER and beer.

夕食はヘスバーガーとビールにしました。

ALLAS SEA POOL

I walked to the market near the sea.

海の近くの市場までのんびり歩いて行きました。

I ate crayfish for lunch. It was delicious. 11.5 euros.

昼はザリガニを食べました。解禁前なので冷凍だと思いますが、旨かったです。11.5ユーロ。

After lunch, we went to ALLAS SEA POOL. I alternated between a hot sauna and a heated pool. It’s cold when you go outside with your body wet. When I put water on the stone in the sauna, I was surprised that hot air came about 5 seconds later.

食後はアッラスシープールに行きました。暑いサウナと温水プールの繰り返しです。身体が濡れたまま外に出ると寒いです。サウナは、石に水をかけると５秒後くらいに熱風が来て驚きますが、慣れれば心地いいです。

There are many SKODA. There are also many Japanese cars.

SKODAって車がよく走ってます。日本車も多いです。

From Nice to Helsinki

I headed to Nice airport with a tram that opened two weeks ago. 1.5 euros. The hotel reception told me about the tram. The price of European subways and buses does not change according to the distance as in Japan. Number of times. One ride costs around 1.5 euros. This is called a single ticket. However, there may be restrictions such as time and area.

ニースの空港までは、２週間前に開通したトラムで、向かいました。1.5ユーロ。９８番のバス停を探して見つからなかったのでホテルのフロントに聞いたら、トラムを教えてくれました。ヨーロッパの地下鉄やバスは、日本みたいに距離で価格は変わらない。１回乗ると1.5ユーロくらい。これをシングルチケットと呼ぶ。ただし、時間やエリアなどの制限がある場合がある。

I thought it was 4 hours to Helsinki, and there was an hour difference.

ヘルシンキまで４時間かと思ったら、時差が１時間ありました。

I moved by train from the airport. I was surprised because the hotel reception spoke Japanese.

空港からは電車で移動。フロントの方が日本語を話すので驚いた。エレベーターは１階は１になりました。フランスは０でした。

There was a Japanese TV channel.

日本のテレビチャンネルがありました。

POSEIDON

I went to a Japanese-run restaurant, Poseidon. The bouillabaisse was full and delicious. It was easy to eat because bones and scales were completely removed. Finally, I was surprised that the dessert was cheese platter.
ポセイドンに行ってきました。ブイヤベースが具だくさんで旨かった。骨や鱗を完全に取り除いてあるので食べやすかった。最後、デザートがチーズ盛り合わせだったのは驚いた。

I went to a restaurant called La Pizza near the hotel. The pasta was big and cheap. Squid pasta costs 15 euros. Pizza looked good too.

ホテル近くのLa Pizzaという店。パスタ大盛りで安い。イカのパスタ１５ユーロくらい。ピザも旨そうだった。

This is in the toilet. When the lower switch is turned on, it becomes warmer and the towel dries quickly.

トイレにあるこれ、下のスイッチ入れると暖かくなりタオルがすぐ乾く。

From Marseille to Nice

I went to Unite d’Habitation.

早起きして、ユニテタビダシオンにいきました。世界中の建築家がこれを見に来ているはずです。

Breakfast at McDonald’s.

マクドナルドで朝食。

The entrance to Carrefour City. I thought it was under construction.

カルフールシティの入口です。工事中かと思いました。

ter leaves at 9:58. I went to Nice.

9:58発のterでニースにむかいました。

I went to a restaurant called Faubourg Montmartre in Nice. Things were scattered inside the store and there were no other customers. The store owner’s grandma was dressed like underwear, and the jaws had rice. At first, the menu was marked with scampi, but a salty shrimp came out. At this point, distrust increased. Next, dried persimmon. Lettuce and mayonnaise. Tasteless pudding. I was worried about stomach ache. In the future, I will try not to enter stores where things are scattered in the store.

ニースで昼食にしました。フォーブールモンマルトルというレストランに行った。店内は物が散乱しており、外のテーブルは暑い。昼食時なのに客がいない。店主のおばあちゃんは下着のような服で、アゴにご飯がついている。１品目の手長エビは普通のシュリンプで手長エビじゃない。塩辛くて食べられない。２品目は茹でただけの鱈。サラダはレタスにマヨネーズ。マヨネーズは手作りだと言うので、卵とビネガーで作るんだよねって言うと黙ってしまった。マヨネーズ手作りも怪しい。プリンがパイとプリンの中間のような仕上がりでまずい。腹痛にならないか心配。店内に物が散乱しているような店には今後入らないようにしよう。

ホテルに到着。冷蔵庫がない。

Nice sea is beautiful with gradations of white, light blue and blue.

ニースの海は、白と水色と青のグラデーションで美しい。

Toyoko Inn breakfast. There is no egg. Instant coffee. not good.

東横インの朝食です。玉子が無いのと、コーヒーがインスタントなので減点。

On this day, I acted with the Japanese people I met at the hotel elevator. I was planning to go to MuCEM, but it was closed on Tuesday. We went to Notre Dame de la Garde Basilica.

この日は、ホテルのエレベーターで知り合った日本人の方と行動しました。始めMuCEMに行く予定でしたが、火曜日は休館日。ノートルダムドラギャルドバジリカ聖堂に行きました。

Lunch went to McDonald’s. Then we went to MuCEM.

昼食をマクドナルドですませて、休館のMuCEMに行きました。

There was a shopping mall by the sea.

海沿いには，ショッピングモールがありました。

From Lyon to Marseille

Monday, July 8th. Hotel breakfast.

７月８日月曜日、ホテルの朝。

I went to the Paul Bocuse market in the morning.

店はあまり開いてなかったが、ポールボキューズ市場に行ってきた。色々安くて良いものがあるように感じた。

Government building security guards have automatic rifles. I was nervous.

行く途中、政府機関の建物があり警備をしていました。ナポリの駅前やサンタルチアもそうでしたが、自動小銃持ってます。機関銃みたいなやつ。横を通るだけで緊張感ありました。

Now is the bargain season.

後、この時期はバーゲンシーズンです。ほとんどの店でセールやってます。

I checked out and went to Marseille. There was a shopping mall in front of Lyon Part Dieu station.

チェックアウトして、マルセイユに向かいます。リヨンパールデュー駅前でモールを見つけました。

This McDonald’s places an order on this screen.

こちらのマクドナルドはこの画面で注文します。

This is the first TGV. You can see on which line the train arrives 15 minutes before departure. Everyone is waiting in front of the electric bulletin board.

初TGVです。出発の15分くらい前まで何番線に到着かわかりませんでした。みんな電光掲示板の前で待っています。

There is a trash can next to the seat.

席の横にゴミ箱があります。

I arrived in Marseille. Toyoko Inn is a bathtub, a washlet, and cheap.

マルセイユに着きました。安くて、すべて揃っていて、バスタブがあります。東横イン最高。なんとウォシュレット。

Near the sea are historic buildings. However, including this place, France and Italy have a lot of begging.

海の近くには古い街並みが広がっていて素晴らしいです。ただ、フランスとイタリアは物乞いが多いです。

I went shopping in Carrefour that day. 4 puddings were 0.69 euros, DUVEL was 1.59 euros and CHIMAY was 1.57 euros. Supermarket sandwiches, milk and orange juice are not delicious.

この日はカルフールで色々買って帰りました。プリン４個で0.69ユーロ、DUVEL1.59ユーロ、CHIMAY1.57ユーロが安かった。スーパーのサンドイッチとか牛乳、オレンジジュースが美味しくない。

Brasserie Georges

Sunday 7 July, breakfast at hotel in Lyon.

７月7日日曜日、リヨンのホテルの朝食。

On this day, I went to the laundromat in the morning. I had a morning market in the park. The paella 7.5 euro and kebab 3.5 euro there seemed to be very good.

この日は朝、コインランドリーに行きました。たまたま、前の公園でマルシェやってて、そこのパエリア7.5ユーロとケバブ3.5ユーロが超うまそうでした。ホテルで朝食を食べると朝の仕事が１つ減って楽なんだけど。時々マルシェとかカフェでもいいかも。

40 minutes for washing. Dryer 10 minutes. Dogs are OK anywhere in Europe. People bring dogs to trains and clothing stores.

洗濯４０分。乾燥機１０分。ヨーロッパはどこでも犬OKです。普通に電車内とか服屋とかに犬連れてきてます。

There was a public pool along the Rhone River.

ローヌ川沿いに市民プールがあった。この日はとても暑かったので、迷ったが止めといた。

Lunch went to Brasserie Georges. I said I wanted to eat Lyon cuisine. The waiter pointed to some menus. I chose the liver. The espresso was delicious. But when I ordered sparkling water, still water came. I asked the man in the next seat where he came from and it was a local person.

昼は、ブラッスリー･ジョルジュでリヨンの料理が食べたいと言ったら、ウェイターがメニューをいくつか指差した。その中からレバーを食べた。エスプレッソがうまかった。スパークリングウォーター注文したら、スチルウォーターがきた。隣の席の男性にどこから来たのか聞いたら地元の人だった。

After lunch I took a walk in the old town. The hotel didn’t have a refrigerator, so I bought a cola and went hotel.

食後は旧市街を散歩。ホテルに冷蔵庫が無いので、コーラを買って帰る。

I was planning to go to Paul Bocuse Market for dinner, but it was closed at 15:00 on Sunday. The dinner was kebab. Both Italy and France are full of kebab shops.

夕食に行こうと思ってたポールボキューズ市場が日曜日は１５時までと判明。夕食はケバブにした。イタリアもフランスもケバブ屋だらけです。

Lyon has a popular electric kickboard.

リヨンは電動キックボードが超流行ってます。
